Ethiopian Airlines earning rates for Star Alliance members

With Ethiopian Airlines joining Star Alliance this week a number of carriers have updated their earning rates for flights on the new member. Among those with updated earning charts are several which are included in the various mileage calculators and comparison tools here. For the most part all economy fares earn 100% with bonuses for premium cabin travel but there are a few exceptions.
Notable carriers included in the earnings list that are also included in the Travel Tools are:
- Agean
- Air Canada Aeroplan
- Continental Airlines
- Lufthansa Miles & More (applies to all M&M earning)
- TAP Air Portugal
- THY Turkish Airlines
- United Airlines
Notable absent on the earning rates currently are bmi and US Airways.
As for significant exceptions on the earning rates, TAP is providing no credit for the four cheapest economy fares (E, T, O, W) and Lufthansa provides only 50% earning on those fares plus the Q bucket. Both Lufthansa and Agean max out the Business Class earning, with a 100% bonus provided. Most other carriers are at 25%, with Turkish at 50%.
